Read-only access is enough for dashboards, and you can revoke it any time. For automations, we use API keys scoped to just what the script needs. Nothing is ever changed in your source systems.
It usually is — that's the job. Cleaning and reconciling is included in every package. If the mess is bigger than the package, we'll tell you on the Data Check before you pay anything.
Python and SQL underneath. Looker Studio (free) or Power BI for dashboards, Google Sheets when that's the right answer, BigQuery or Supabase when history needs to be kept. You own everything; nothing runs on a platform only we can access.
The system keeps running. If a source changes or you want additions, Data Care at $250/month covers it. Plenty of clients never need it.
